Feds: No Lunches From Home Without Doctor’s Note, School Lunch Only

(Daisy Luther)  It looks like the days of trading half of your peanut butter and jelly sandwich for half of your best friend’s ham sandwich may soon be over if the federal government has anything to do with it.
A Richmond, Virginia mother received the following note, telling her not to pack a lunch for her pre-school age child.

Dear Parents,
I have received word from Federal Programs Preschool pertaining to lunches from home. Parents are to be informed that students can only bring lunches from home if there is a medical condition requiring a specific diet, along with a physicians note to that regard.

As a family, we have made the decision to avoid a host of ingredients that are all found in abundance in school lunches. We don’t consume:
  • -GMOs
  • -Pesticides
  • -Artificial colors and flavors
  • -Preservatives
  • -Hormone laden meat and dairy
But this week at my daughter’s school, the offerings are:
  • Corn dog or chicken nuggets, tater tots
  • Beef tostada boat or PB and J on white bread
  • Pepperoni pizza or fish sticks with roll
  • Pretzel sticks with cheese sauce or chicken teriyaki
  • Cheeseburger or breaded chicken patty with seasoned fries
There is not one thing on that list that falls into our normal diet. Add a side of rBGH-filled milk and a corn-syrup laden “fruit cup” and you have a complete nutritional disaster.
Why should the parents be required to bear the expense of a doctor’s visit to get the required note to be allowed to send healthful, homemade lunches for their children?

I’m glad you asked.
It’s all about profit and control.
Because, you see, the federal government must have all the little children on board in order to subsidize the farmers, make the rich richer, and make the poor sicker. Throw in some Obamacare to treat the resulting nutritionally-driven illnesses and it is a win-win situation – at least it is if you own a food processing plant, a medical facility, or a factory farm and you’re not the ones eating that so-called food.

Agricultural surplus is used to provide a base of food which is provided to the schools free of charge. It is then turned into processed junk for the public school system while the food manufacturers profit. The National School Lunch Program, enacted in 1946, has a mission besides just feeding hungry children: to subsidize the agricultural business by using up beef, cheese, and pork. The school lunches are loaded with these artery-clogging ingredients, in the most processed forms possible. According to an article in the NY Times, here’s how it happens:
 The Agriculture Department pays about $1 billion a year for commodities like fresh apples and sweet potatoes, chickens and turkeys. Schools get the food free; some cook it on site, but more and more pay processors to turn these healthy ingredients into fried chicken nuggets, fruit pastries, pizza and the like. Some $445 million worth of commodities are sent for processing each year, a nearly 50 percent increase since 2006.

 The Agriculture Department doesn’t track spending to process the food, but school authorities do. The Michigan Department of Education, for example, gets free raw chicken worth $11.40 a case and sends it for processing into nuggets at $33.45 a case. The schools in San Bernardino, Calif., spend $14.75 to make French fries out of $5.95 worth of potatoes.

The money is ill spent. The Center for Science in the Public Interest has warned that sending food to be processed often means lower nutritional value and noted that “many schools continue to exceed the standards for fat, saturated fat and sodium.” A 2008 study by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation found that by the time many healthier commodities reach students, “they have about the same nutritional value as junk foods.”


Why is this allowed to happen? Part of it is that school authorities don’t want the trouble of overseeing real kitchens. Part of it is that the management companies are saving money by not having to pay skilled kitchen workers.

In addition, the management companies have a cozy relationship with food processers, which routinely pay the companies rebates (typically around 14 percent) in return for contracts. The rebates have generally been kept secret from schools, which are charged the full price.

So, lots of people are making money while feeding children nutritionally bereft garbage. People who don’t know how to cook are warming up processed junk to feed to kids who cannot afford anything better. That free lunch isn’t so free when you consider the high percentage of kids suffering from obesity and chronic illnesses due to their poor nutritional intake.

Public schools serve more than 4 billion meals every year — a number that would make many fast-food chains envious — and officials say all those lunches are contributing to the growing health crisis among kids. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, obesity rates have doubled in children and tripled in adolescents since 1980, spurring an epidemic of type II diabetes, once considered an adult-onset condition. Obesity has also been associated with heart disease, arthritis, and certain cancers, and researchers have found fatty streaks in the blood vessels of children as young as 10.

 “USDA needs to relate the current crisis in kids’ health to the meals that are being served, especially to poor kids, because that’s the population that’s most vulnerable,” says Antonia Demas, director of the Food Studies Institute, a child-nutrition group based in upstate New York. Because low-income children often eat both breakfast and lunch at school, “they get at least two-thirds of their calories from school each day, and they’re the population really showing an increase in the diet-related diseases.” (source)

As with anything the federal government touches, school lunches are cloaked in do-gooder benevolence, but they are a poisoned gift that benefits those who already have money at the expense of our society’s most vulnerable people: poor children. As our economy continues to decline, more kids will be forced to take these “free lunches” if they expect to have anything to eat all day.

So, now, at least one school wants children to have a doctor’s note to say no to the school lunch offerings of hormones, GMOs, preservatives, and grease. They must have the permission of a professional to avoid junk food. A parent’s good judgement is not sufficient, it seems, to make the healthy decision to provide a toxin-free lunch. Does anyone else see the irony here?

Kids are a target. The school system is trying to change the rules to force us to feed our children these food-like substances and to disallow us the right to nourish them as we see fit. By controlling the food that our kids eat, they are controlling their entire lives, right down to their ability to think critically, their future fertility, and their overall lifespans.

We are lathering our skin with petrochemicals. BPA is leaching into our food and beverages. Chemtrails and questionable farming methods are tainting the air that we breathe…it’s enough for a book, not merely an article. Additives like MSG and unpronounceable non-food ingredients are killing off our brain cells and triggering the growth of cancerous cells in our bodies.
And the result of all of this?
  • -Disease
  • -Obesity
  • -Lethargy
  • -Lower IQs
  • -Shorter lifespans
  • -Infertility
If it was only one toxic assault, or maybe even two or three, you might be able to write this off as accidental, something that just happened due to carelessness. But with all of the evidence proving irrefutably that the food we eat, the water we drink, and the air we breathe is making us sick, how can we form any other conclusion than the one that states, “This is a deliberate attack.”

All of the alphabet agencies that are supposedly there for our protection are merely arms of the giant propaganda machine. They are there to convince us that “someone” would put a stop to it if these things were actually bad for us. They are there to dispense a false sense of confidence in our governing bodies and to make us feel as though our health and safety is their first concern.

Moderation is not an option. We have to fight back through strict avoidance.
Think about this.
 Would you willingly feed your child just a “little bit of cyanide”? Would you let them have a serving of strychnine “once in a while”? Would you purposely give them a cigarette just because you “happened to be out and that is what was offered”? Would you let them drink bleach from the laundry room as long as it wasn’t in an amount that would be immediately deadly and if it was diluted so that it didn’t burn their throats when they swallowed it?

Man and Woman Use Carrot Juice to Cure Stage 4 Cancer

(Paul Fassa) Ann Cameron, an author of 15 children’s books, ‘cured’ her Stage 4 cancer with carrot juice only. She states, “I believe from personal experience that carrots can cure cancer – and rapidly, without chemotherapy, radiation, or other dietary changes.” Stories of unusual natural cancer treatments are quite astounding. I trust them more than I do all the bogus pharmaceutical testing that enables Big Pharma to rush toxic drugs that make billions and cause more harm than good.

On June 6, 2012, Ann had surgery for Stage 3 colon cancer. She had decided against chemotherapy and actually started feeling better, until about November 6, 2012.

A routine follow-up CT scan indicated lung cancer. She was diagnosed with Stage 4 colon cancer which had metastasized to the lungs. Her doctor predicted a two to three year life expectancy.

She was advised that radiation would be useless, and chemotherapy was recommended, but it wouldn’t extend her life. But Ann decided to embark on an intensive research campaign to find an alternative protocol that would heal her.

Five Pounds of Carrots Juiced Daily
Ann came across a man who had treated his cancer with nothing but carrots. His name was Ralph Cole, and he had treated his squamous cell neck cancer by drinking 5 pounds of carrot juice daily. Ralph shared his ‘carrot curing protocol’ freely with anyone who would listen. Here’s his blog.

He warned that he had tried three pounds daily without success, but the five pounds per day did the trick. He has been cancer free for seven years now and he now only juices occasionally.

On November 17, 2012, Ann began a daily regimen of 5 pounds of juiced carrots, which produced one quart to a quart and one-third. By July 30, 2013, CT scanning showed the cancer was gone! All swollen cancerous lymph nodes had returned to normal after eight months of daily heavy carrot juicing, with an occasional day or two off.
And soon after not drinking so much carrot juice, Ann’s skin color returned to normal from it’s slightly orange tint.

Carrots and Cancer Research
Falcarinol is an antioxidant found in carrots that has proven anticancer properties. Researchers in the UK and Denmark reduced cancerous tumors by 1/3 in mice and rats with lab induced cancers.

Another human study found that consumption of carrot juice increased blood levels of carotenoids in breast cancer survivors. The researchers believe that increased carotenoid blood levels acts as a cancer preventive.
According to Dr. Max Gerson, whose fresh organic carrots with apple juice is a large part of the famous Gerson Therapy, carrot juice is molecularly almost identical to human blood. Interesting, eh? Maybe cancer isn’t as scary as the medical profit industry wants us to believe!

A Vaccine to Relieve Stress?
In theory, the concept seems sound. Take a shot and be free from the scourge of stress — that nasty little villain that can eat away at you slowly each and every day of your life, if you let it. Nearly all of us are aware that our ability to respond to stress in our lives is probably the single biggest influence on whether or not we will be healthy.

Ah — If Life Were that Simple

The Vaccine Myth

Now that is a form of stress relief I can wholeheartedly recommend!
Stress Does Need to be Addressed
It’s important to realize that your feelings create physiological changes. Your skin, heart rate, digestion, joints, muscle energy levels, the hair on your head, and countless cells and systems you don’t even know about change with every emotion.

While under stress, your heart rate goes up, your blood pressure rises, and blood is shunted away from your midsection, going to your arms, legs, and head for quick thinking, fighting, or fleeing.

When stress becomes chronic, either because you’re under stress for a long period of time, you have an excessively negative response to daily stressors or you’re continuously feeling overwhelmed and overworked, it can seriously impact your immune system and your:
Blood pressure
Brain chemistry
Blood sugar levels
Hormonal balance
Stress, even the “normal” everyday variety, can even act as a pathway between cancerous mutations, potentially triggering the growth of tumors. In fact, stress is a serious factor in the illness of nearly all of the patients seen at my clinic, which is why you’ve got to have an effective method to release stressful feelings from your mind and body.

How You Can Address Stress in a Healthy Way
It is important to remember that stress can be good for you in the same way that exercise can be good. We need that stimulus to provide a balance to life. If most people had no stress in their life they might actually die from boredom.

It is not so much the stressor that is the issue but your attitude toward the stress that makes all the difference in the world.
For many years I have sought to apply the wisdom of W. Clement Stone who died a few years ago at the age of 100. He encouraged people to become an inverse paranoid.

You might be like most people and wonder what an inverse paranoid is.
Instead of believing the world is plotting to do you harm, choose to believe the world is plotting to do you good. Instead of seeing every difficult or challenging event as a negative, see it for what it could be — something that was meant to enrich, empower, or advance your ultimate happiness.

What an incredibly positive belief! Imagine how much easier it would be to succeed in life if you were constantly expecting the world to support you and bring you opportunity. So whatever tragic or painful event that you encounter, believe that it is there for some good and ultimately making you better in some way.

I admit that I am not always successful at applying this approach, but I strongly believe that it is the healthiest option.
You Don’t Need a Vaccine to Achieve “Focused Calm”
Nourishing your emotional health, including stress relief, is an essential part of optimal health. But a vaccine will never be the answer, even if it already existed and was proven safe, something that I can strongly assure you will not happen.

Oh they might say it has been proven to be safe, but the reality of virtually every vaccine is that the studies are done over weeks — not the years that are required to “prove” safety.

Instead, you can use a variety of techniques to help you deal with stress and unwind each day, including:
Exercise. Studies have shown that during exercise, tranquilizing chemicals (endorphins) are released in your brain. Exercise is a natural way to bring your body pleasurable relaxation and rejuvenation.

Proper sleep
Attitude adjustment as described in the above section
Further, by using techniques such as the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), you can reprogram your body’s reactions to the unavoidable stressors of everyday life. EFT is a form of psychological acupressure that involves simple tapping with the fingertips to input kinetic energy onto specific meridians on your head and chest while you voice positive affirmations.

This combination of tapping the energy meridians and voicing positive affirmation works to clear the “short-circuit” — the emotional block or stress — from your body’s bioenergy system, thus restoring your mind and body’s balance.

EFT is incredibly effective when used on its own, but you can also use it in conjunction with any other stress relief methods that work for you. You might like to go for a long walk in the woods when you’re feeling overwhelmed, or sitting outside with a good book may be your idea of bliss. Another idea that works well for many is to create a “de-stress” routine after you get home from work (or at a set time in the afternoon, after the kids get home from school, etc.).

This can be as simple as changing into comfortable clothes, turning on some soft or inspirational music, and spritzing some calming essential oils into the air. This shift in your day will help you to transition from any earlier stress into a more relaxed, calm state.

You cannot, and, I strongly believe, should not entirely eliminate stress from your life entirely, but you can work to change your reactions to stress so that it has only a minimal impact on your health and well-being. And not one of these strategies needs to involve a drug or vaccine of any sort … stress relief can be done safely, effectively and naturally.

What Happens To Our Body After Drinking Coca-Cola?

After 10 minutes: The sugar contained in a glass of Cola can cause a devastating “strike” on the body. The cause being the phosphoric acid which inhibits the action of sugar.

After 20 minutes: A leap in insulin levels in bloodstream occurs.

After 40 minutes: Ingestion of caffeine is finally completed. The eye’s pupils are expanding. Blood pressure rises because the liver disposes more sugar into the bloodstream. The adenosine receptors become blocked thereby preventing drowsiness.

After 45 minutes: The body raises production of the dopamine hormone, which stimulates the brain pleasure center. Similar to the reaction Heroin creates.

After 1 hour: Phosphoric acid binds calcium, magnesium and zinc in the gastrointestinal tract, which supercharges metabolism. The release of calcium through urine takes place.

After more than 1 hour: Diuretic effects of the drink enters in “the game”. The calcium, magnesium and zinc are removed out of the body, which are a part of our bones, as well as sodium. Let’s have a look at “the anatomy” of one of the most advertised products of “Coca-Cola Co.” – Coca-Cola Light without caffeine. This drink contains Aqua Carbonated, E150D, E952, E951, E338, E330, Aromas, E211.

Aqua Carbonated – this is sparkling water. It stirs gastric secretion, increases the acidity of the gastric juice and provokes flatulency. Filtered tap water is what is primarily used.

E150D – this is food coloring obtained through the processing of sugar at specified temperatures, with or without addition of chemical reagents. In the case of coca-cola, ammonium sulfate is added.

E952 – Sodium Cyclamate is a sugar substitute. Cyclamate is a synthetic chemical, has a sweet taste, which is 200 times sweeter than sugar, and is used as an artificial sweetener. In 1969 it was banned by FDA, since it, as well as saccharin and aspartame, caused cancer in rats.

E950 – Acesulfame Potassium. 200 times sweeter than sugar, containing methyl-ether. It aggravates the operation of the cardiovascular system. Likewise, it contains asparaginic acid which can also cause an excitant effect on our nervous system and in time it can lead to addiction. Acesulfame is badly dissolved and is not recommended for use by children and pregnant women.

E951 – Aspartame. A sugar substitute for diabetics and is chemically unstable at elevated temperatures it breaks down into methanol and phenylalanine. Methanol is very dangerous as only 5-10ml can cause destruction of the optic nerve and irreversible blindness. In warm soft drinks, aspartame transforms into formaldehyde which is a very strong carcinogen. Symptoms of aspartame poisoning include: unconsciousness, headaches, fatigue, dizziness, nausea, palpitation, weight gain, irritability, anxiety, memory loss, blurry vision, fainting, joint pains, depression, infertility, hearing loss and more. Aspartame can also provoke the following diseases: brain tumors, MS (Multiple Sclerosis), epilepsy, Graves’ disease, chronic fatigue, Alzheimer’s, diabetes, mental deficiency and tuberculosis. Later, this substance was initially illegal due to its dangers but was again made legal in a suspicious manner.

E338 – Orthophosphoric Acid. This can cause irritation of the skin and eyes. It is used for production of phosphoric acid salts of ammonia, sodium, calcium, aluminum and also in organic synthesis for the production of charcoal and film tapes. It is also used in the production of refractory materials, ceramics, glass, fertilizers, synthetic detergents, medicine, metalworking, as well as in the textile and oil industries. It is known that orthophosphoric acid interferes with the absorption of calcium and iron into the body which can cause weakening of bones and osteoporosis. Other side effects are thirst and skin rashes.

E330 – Citric Acid. It is widely used in pharmaceutical and food industries. Salts of citric acid (citrates) are used in the food industry as acids, preservatives, stabilizers, and in the medical fields – for preserving blood.

Aromas – unknown aromatic additives
E211 – Sodium Benzoate. It is used in production of some food products for anti-bacterial and anti-fungal purposes. It is often found in jams, fruit juices and fruit yogurts. It’s not recommended for use by asthmatics and people who are sensitive to aspirin. A study conducted by Peter Piper at the Sheffield University in Britain, found that this compound causes significant damage to DNA. According to Peter, sodium benzoate which is an active component in preservatives, doesn’t destroy DNA, but deactivates it. This can lead to cirrhosis and degenerative diseases like Parkinson’s disease.

So, if you can’t imagine a life without coca-cola, take advantage of the following recommendations:
- Many distributors of coca-cola in U.S use this drink for cleaning their truck engines.

- Many police officers in U.S have bottles of coca-cola in their cars and when a car accident happens, they wash the blood off of the road with it.

- Coca-Cola is a great tool for removing rusty stains on chrome surfaces of cars. To remove corrosion from a car battery, pour Coke on it and the corrosion will disappear.

- To unscrew a rusty screw, dip a cloth in Coca-Cola and wrap around the screw for several minutes.

- To clean stains from clothes – pour Coca-Cola on the dirty clothing, add washing detergent and run the washing machine as usual. You will be surprised at the results.

- In India, some farmers use Coca-Cola instead of pesticides for pest extermination because it’s cheaper and the effect is very similar.

Typically, this non-traditional soy sauce takes only 3 days to manufacture – using the cheapest ingredients like, hydrolyzed vegetable protein (in lieu of soybeans); GMO-derived corn syrup; and artificial flavoring or coloring. But, if you think that is sickening, you won’t believe what really goes inside fake soy sauce.

The Chinese, in their brilliance, have found a way to cut the cost of soy sauce production by using human hair along with hospital waste products. I’m not kidding – these twisted food producers seem to feel this a great way to turn a profit despite the threat to human health.

You see – human hair is considered the richest and cheapest source for L-cysteine (L-cys). And, you guessed it, the industrial plants needed to extract L-cyteine are in China.

The Internet Journal of Toxicology reported that the Chinese company Hongshuai Soy Sauce didn’t use amino acids derived from soy and wheat, but human hair, from barber shop floors, hospitals, and salons. Amino acids, in human hair, can be used to make a condiment with a flavor similar to that of the usual soy variety. How’s that for human engineering?

An investigation by a TV journalist exposed this manufacturing practice. The cheap soy sauce was being manufactured from an amino acid powder or syrup – bought from a manufacture in China’s Hubei Province – using human hair to make it. It makes me wonder about every food product coming out of China – including ‘organic’ labeled items.

Now you know why processed foods are so dangerous. The hair gathered was unhygienic and mixed with condoms, used hospital cotton, used menstrual cycle pads and used syringes. The hair would be filtered by workers, then the hair would be processed into amino acid syrup. I can only think these food producers have no soul.

They view human waste as a ‘rich source’ of protein – just like soybeans, wheat and bran. These industrial plants produce around 100,000 tons of amino acid daily in the form of powder or syrup. After the syrup is created – it goes to ‘diluting plants’, where water was added and then bottled or packaged into ready to use soy sauce.
It’s no wonder we see cancer rates skyrocketing

The processing of fake soy sauce involves more chemical additives – which are added to the amino acid syrup and heated. The additives include solid hydroxide – to make the sauce taste better – and bottles of hydrochloric acid to balance the pH content of the mixture to make is ‘safer’ for human consumption.

This soy sauce has all the ingredients to create cancer. Human waste products are loaded with lead and arsenic – which are harmful to the liver, kidney and bloodstream. And, as we all know, cancer cells thrive in a toxic environment.

Plus, as if the image of soy sauce couldn’t get any worse, watching it being made can change all of that. (we’ll spare you the video) But, the television footage of a plant showed the workers wearing masks and using sticks to sort human hair taken from dirty bags along with the condoms, cotton buds and pads. The hair is then put into a machine that hasn’t been cleaned in a very long time.

The official word, coming from China, is that they closed the plant mentioned above. But, the practice of using human hair in soy sauce has survived. Also, they fail to mention that soy sauce isn’t the only food product made of cheap human hair amino acid powder.

Human hair is now in most processed foods, the bakery industry uses it as a source of L-cystein to make dough softer and more elastic. L-cystein is an amino acid that gives hair its strength. Now it gives bagels and pizza dough its ‘bouncy’ texture. It’s also a meat flavor enhancer and used within expectorants.

Most food companies are not required to label where ingredients come from – only where the food was packaged or processed. This means frozen dinners, popular fast food restaurants, and even ‘higher end’ eateries are serving human waste products – as part of their menu items.
